moserost Academy provides online educational materials about manga creation and illustration. Course content is for personal learning and skill development. We do not promise jobs, income, publication deals, fame, or professional certification unless a specific credential is separately and accurately described at purchase.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you enroll on behalf of a minor where permitted, you are responsible for their use of the service.

Do not upload copyrighted manga artwork you do not have rights to use. Educational examples on this site are original instructional graphics.

6. Payments

Prices, taxes, and what is included will be shown before you complete purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Access begins after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

If a refund policy applies to your purchase, it will be displayed at checkout and honored as written. Where no separate refund window is offered, purchases are generally final except where required by applicable consumer law. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep content accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the course will meet every learner's goals. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moserost Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
